Fractured Reality (2)
Fractured Reality
In the stillness where the shadows lay, a fractured mind begins to sway,
A cacophony of voices grow, twisting truths and tales of woe.
Walls close in, the air is thin, a haunting hum under the skin,
Reality distorts, bends and breaks, sanity shudders with the stakes.
Eyes dart wildly, seeking peace, in a mind where chaos won’t cease,
Reflections morph in twisted glass, memories from a darkened past.
Every corner hides a dread, silent screams inside the head,
A world once clear now fades to black, no escape from this tack.
In the maze of mental pain, where shadows whisper in disdain,
The echoes of lost sanity call, a soul begins its endless fall.
Trapped in a nightmare’s cruel embrace, every step a deeper trace,
Lost in a world where fears abound, sanity’s grasp is never found.
Scribbled notes, a despere plea,Release me from this misery,
Fingers trace the lines of fear, haunted by what draws near.
Voices rise, a crescendo loud, lost in the fog, enveloped in a shroud,
Reality shters with each breath, walking the fine line towards death.
